Shipping Policy

Label Akansha is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest possible time, we ship only through reputed courier agencies. If courier service is not available in your area, we will ship your order via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

How Is the Delivery Charge Calculated for Multiple Units?

The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. When multiple products are ordered, the total shipping charge is calculated by adding up the individual shipping charges for each product. For example, a customer who orders three products is charged the sum of the individual delivery charges for each of those products.

Are Taxes Included in the Price?

Our prices are all-inclusive. All applicable taxes are included in the listed prices, except Octroi, if applicable in your region. An additional Octroi charge applies to shipments to the Maharashtra region.

How Long Does It Take for an Order to Arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days, or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. All orders are delivered to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.

What If the Product Is Received in Damaged Condition?

If you believe you have received the product in a damaged condition, or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when you send the product back to us.
